Lionel Richie and Katy Perry might be heading to England to sing for King Charles III’s coronation this week, but that doesn’t mean the pair are leaving fans of “American Idol” high and dry. "Entertainment Weekly" reports that fellow judge Luke Bryan is excited for Richie and Perry’s (temporary) replacements. "It's big time. It's big time," hinted Bryan. "The people that we have filling in, contestants have used their songs many, many times. A lot more than mine!" Bryan teased that he wanted to reveal more but was afraid he would be eliminated from the singing competition if he did. Richie and Perry are set to perform on Sunday, May 7th in England following Charles’ official crowning… which is exactly the day the next episode of “Idol” is set for a live show at 8pm ET.
