A California woman who was homeless six years ago is seeing a drastic life change. Lucia Forsyth just won five-million dollars with a Scratchers ticket she bought at a Walmart. She told the California Lottery she never imagined this could happen since it was only a few years ago when she didn't have a roof over her head. Now she’s earning an associates degree and getting married this year. Forsyth plans to buy a house with her windfall and invest the rest of her winnings.
