Now before you balk at the price, you should know that the 6,553 sq. ft. 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom property, sits on nearly four and a half acres; the private, gated residence is in the heart of Nashville's Brentwood enclave. There's an in-ground pool and a detached two-car garage. And - the kitchen was also the set of Yearwood's show "Trisha's Southern Cooking" for eleven seasons.
Parting with the property isn't easy for Trisha. "The minute I stepped foot inside, I knew this was the place. Even when I moved to Oklahoma, I just couldn't part with this house.
