- They compared 108 entry-level positions on 12 key metrics in three main areas: Immediate Opportunity, Growth Potential and Job Hazards.
- WalletHub looked at factors including average starting salary, projected job growth by 2031 and median tenure with an employer.
- Coming in first is an Engineer, which is number one for Immediate Opportunity.
- Various types of engineering jobs actually take five of the top 10 spots.
- On the flip side, coming in dead last is Welder, making it the Worst Entry-Level Job,
