A man in Australia got a slithering surprise that quite literally almost scared the you-know-what out of him. The guy, who has not been named, was on the toilet when he looked up and saw a 6-ft-long, 22lb snake hanging out on top of his shower curtain rod. He immediately called a man named Anthony Jackson from Hudson Snake Catching to deal with the venomous reptile.
Jackson thinks the coastal carpet python found its way into the house after feeding on rodents in the attic and then slithered into the bathroom to get warm under the shower ceiling’s heating lamp. Jackson was able to wrestle the snake with a rod into a pillowcase where it was released back into the wild. Jackson’s best advice? “Just treat them with respect and you will get respect back, but you don‘t want to find them when you’ve been on the toilet.”
