Universal Studios Hollywood is building an outdoor rollercoaster themed after the “Fast and Furious” movies. Theme park officials confirmed speculation yesterday, but are keeping quiet about most details for now except for saying it’ll be a "state-of-the-art ride system uniquely created to engulf guests within the dynamic 'Fast & Furious universe." They only say construction will start "soon" and haven't announced an opening date. The Universal Studios backlot tram tour already has an attraction called Fast and Furious Supercharged.
