Wynonna's career has been on a gradual rise in the last year or so. Fresh off being awarded the Country Champion Award at last month's ACM Honors, Wy announced this week that she would be hosting the Grand Ole Opry's "Christmas At The Opry" special this holiday season.
The list of performers joining her is impressive. Lauren Alaina, Mickey Guyton, Adam Doleac, BRELAND, Brenda Lee, Chris Janson, Chrissy Metz, Kelly Clarkson, Meghan Patrick, Mitchell Tenpenny and Trace Adkins will all be performing in the holiday special. The show taped Tuesday in front of a live audience of country music fans, with the final product airing December 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC before streaming the following day on Peacock.
