All of Nashville - and all of the country music world - will be tuned in to the 57th Annual CMA Awards tomorrow night. Yesterday, the roster of presenters was announced for the program. And for all the presenters that makes total sense, there are a few that make you cock your head in confusion.
First, the presenters that you would expect (or hope for) for "Country Music's Biggest Night": Bill Anderson, Jordan Davis, Sara Evans, Brian Kelley, Lady A, Martina McBride, Parker McCollum, Craig Morgan, Darius Rucker, Keith Urban, Hailey Whitters and Chris Young.
Now, the presenters that are perhaps a little "outside the lines" for a country music awards show: comedian Nate Bargatze, singer/dancer Paula Abdul, Broadway star Kevin Cahoon, actor/singer/producer Cynthia Erivo, 2023 World Series MVP Corey Seager and "The Golden Bachelor,” Gerry Turner.
The awards air live starting at 8p/7p tomorrow night on ABC.
