You’ve heard that artificial intelligence is coming for your job, but “Survivor” host Jeff Probst probably didn’t know that could include him. Alba Renai has been hired to host a weekly special segment of “Survivor” in Spain…and she doesn’t exist. Renai was created by Be a Lion, a subsidiary of Spain’s largest television company, Mediaset Espana.
In a statement to her 11,000 Instagram fans, the soon-to-be unreality star said, “It’s a dream come true, and I can’t wait to embark on this incredible adventure with all of you.” It turns out androids don’t dream of electric sheep, they dream of helping to host “Survivor.”
