Yesterday, McDonald's announced the release of a new limited-time McFlurry flavor called the “Grandma McFlurry,” set to launch on May 21st. The nostalgic treat features vanilla soft serve mixed with a “delicious syrup” and crunchy candy pieces, comforting flavors reminiscent of candy from grandma's purse. This new flavor follows last year's introduction of other limited-time McFlurry flavors like strawberry shortcake and peanut butter crunch. In addition to the new Grandma McFlurry, McD’s is also celebrating grandparents by supporting the nonprofit Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly, who are working to fight social isolation and loneliness among older people.
