The fastest growing job markets for entry-level roles are drawing recent college graduates to the sunbelt. According to new data from LinkedIn, the top-10 rising metros for new graduates are concentrated in the Sunbelt with two exceptions being in the Northeast. Industries on hiring sprees for entry-level workers include manufacturing, government, education, and health care. Seventy-one percent of global business leaders say they'd prefer to hire a candidate with less experience, but more AI skills, rather than a more experienced candidate without AI skills.
