Tabasco Rolls Out Its First Mexican-Style Hot Sauce

McIlhenny, the company behind Tabasco, is introducing its first Mexican-style hot sauce, Tabasco Salsa Picante. The new addition to their lineup is designed to pair well with Tex-Mex food, tapping into the growing popularity of Latin cuisine in the U.S. Unlike the classic Tabasco sauce, Salsa Picante is described as rich, thick, and milder, with a blend of paprika, oregano, and cumin. The product is expected to become a permanent part of the brand’s offerings and will be available at Walmart and Amazon for a suggested retail price of $3.56.
