Garth Brooks Accused Of Battery Against Hair Stylist

Some very serious accusations have been hurled Garth Brooks' way. A woman, only identified as "Jane Roe," has filed suit against the country legend for sexual assault and battery, according to "CNN." The complaint was filed yesterday in California, and states the alleged incidents occurred in 2019. Roe claims she worked for Brooks as a hairstylist and makeup artist, and alleges that Brooks repeatedly exposed his genitals to her; regularly changed his clothing in front of her; talked about sex and his sexual fantasies with her; and repeatedly sent her sexually explicit text messages. She also alleges that Brooks raped her in a hotel room during a work trip to Los Angeles, where the musician was taping a GRAMMY tribute performance.

Brooks immediately responded. In a statement to "CNN," the singer said, "For the last two months, I have been hassled to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars. Hush money, no matter how much or how little, is still hush money. In my mind, that means I am admitting to behavior I am incapable of - ugly acts no human should ever do to another. We filed suit against this person nearly a month ago to speak out against extortion and defamation of character. We filed it anonymously for the sake of families on both sides." To be continued...
