Major Retailers Are Part of A Massive Ready To Eat Meat And Chicken Recall

The USDA is issuing a massive recall of ready to eat meat and poultry products from Oklahoma meat processing company BrucePac. The recall affects close to 10-million-pounds of product due to listeria concerns. The food products are carried by stores including Walmart, Kroger, Trader Joe's, Publix, Aldi, Target, Amazon, and Wegmans. The USDA has a 326-page document of specific retailers, brands and food items containing the recalled meats. The products include salads with chicken and many ready to eat foods with the affected chicken in it.
