This Year’s Rockefeller Christmas Tree Comes From Massachusetts

This year's Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is coming from Massachusetts. Organizers say the 74-foot Norway Spruce in the small town of West Stockbridge will be cut down November 7th. It will then be transported to New York City and arrive two days later at Center Plaza. It's the first time since 1959 the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree has come from the Bay State. The Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony is scheduled for December 4th during the live broadcast "Christmas at Rockefeller Center."
