Posture Mistakes Can Make You Look Older

If you don’t want to look older than you are, you may need to make some posture adjustments. “VegOut” Magazine asked physical therapists what we can improve and they pointed to seven posture mistakes that make us look older. They are:

  1. Slouching shoulders
  2. Jutting your neck forward when you're texting. (adds years to your face)
  3. Standing with locked, rather than relaxed knees and
  4. Uneven weight distribution, like crossing your legs the same way all the time.
  5. Rounded upper back from living at your laptop
  6. Dropped pelvis
  7. Shuffling your feet while you walk also adds years
