South Korean Woman Accused Of Using ChatGPT To Plan Killing Of Several Men

A 21-year-old South Korean woman known only as Kim has been charged in connection with the deaths of at least two young men after allegedly using ChatGPT to research how to kill them with drugs. Police say she used the AI to look up what would happen if someone mixed sleeping pills with alcohol and how much would be fatal. She then reportedly slipped sedatives containing benzodiazepines into the drinks of the men at Seoul hotels, where both were later found dead. While she claimed she didn't know the doses would be deadly, investigators found evidence pointing to clear intent, including a December test run on a former boyfriend. Her case blew up on social media, first drawing outrage, then a bizarre backlash after photos of her surfaced online, with some people defending her based on her looks.
