Royal Caribbean is going all out with its massive new Icon-Class ship debuting in Miami in August 2027 that’s packed with over-the-top features. The Hero of the Seas ship will have nine pools (the most at sea), a huge waterpark with longer, more thrilling slides, and even a wild three-story “Ultimate Family Treehouse” suite complete with a rooftop whirlpool and teen hangout space. Foodies will be spoiled with 28 dining spots, including new immersive experiences and family cooking classes, while the ship itself can host over 56-hundred guests across 20 decks. Sailing options will include Caribbean getaways with stops in places like St. Maarten, Cozumel, and Royal Caribbean’s private island in the Bahamas.
