Two grade school students were blindfolded and handcuffed by teachers after the two were caught ripping paper in class, the Daily Mail reports.
The pupils, who were both five years old, were bound by teachers with paper and blue tape as a form of punishment. The incident happened in Surin, Thailand.
The two students were tied up and humiliated in front of their appalled classmates. The teachers put a piece of paper over their eyes and then put the blue tape over them to keep the paper in place.
