When he was picked up by Lakeland, Florida police, Kiaron Thomas was two things: hungry and inconsiderate. Kiaron is 21-years-old and he decided to set up a chair and small table in the middle of a crosswalk and enjoy a stack of pancakes while blocking traffic. Kiaron later admitted to police it was all a prank, but they were not amused. He was hit with placing an obstruction in the roadway and disrupting the free flow of traffic.
