Police didn't have to work too hard to find Jeffrey Chandler. Jeffrey is a 48-year-old British man and he had allegedly smoked so much marijuana in his car that as he cruised down the highway, a nearby cop car smelled the weed through their car's vents. Once Jeffrey was pulled over, roadside tests also allegedly showed a "staggeringly high level of cocaine use." Ultimately, he was given a four-month jail sentence, a rehabilitation requirement, a three-month night-time curfew and a 30-month driving ban.
