There is nothing quite like the bond between two brothers.
In 2016, Tom Doerr moved away from his home in Chester, U.K., all the way to the United States. He hadn’t seen his younger brother Ollie since he left.
Ollie has Down syndrome. At around the same time as Tom moved overseas, Ollie moved out of his parents’ house to live on his own for the first time ever. Needless to say, the independence was great — but Ollie missed his big brother more than anything. The feeling was mutual.
Since Tom was so far away, Ollie was under the impression he wouldn’t be home for Christmas. Little did he know a surprise was afoot… and it was in the form of a delivery waiting for him on the doorstep.
