“Cowboy” Convenience Store Clerk Ties Up Armed Robbery Suspect

Here’s a perfect example of why you “don’t mess with Texas.”

A 7-Eleven employee in Texas is credited with preventing a store robbery from going bad with his quick actions. A suspect tried to rob the store and stab an employee with a screwdriver. The employee was a cowboy and quickly got the upper hand, grabbed a rope, and tied the would-be robber up.

Police said the suspect was tied up so tightly that they had to use a knife to cut the suspect loose. The clerk only had minor injuries.
