There is nothing worse than dropping your phone and watching it either get damaged or worse, land somewhere that you can't retrieve it.
A Virginia woman pulled into a local Chic-fil-A to pick up an order and when she went to grab her son out of the car, she dropped her phone. Her iPhone ended up falling down a storm drain and she didn't know what to do.
When she mentioned what happened inside the restaurant, one of the employees jumped into action and removed the manhole cover, climbed down the drain and retrieved her phone.
The woman is calling him her hero.
