Man Refuses To Live With Wife After Honeymoon

After the wedding and honeymoon are over most couples finally settle into a normal life together, but apparently for one couple that doesn’t mean living under the same roof. A woman wrote into Dear Abby to share that after her friend returned from her two-week honeymoon, the woman and her husband have not lived together. While the woman insists they both love each other, she says the man has no plans to live with his bride and “she’s heartbroken and planning an annulment.” As for Abby’s advice, she’s surprised the friend didn’t know about her husband’s feelings before they got married, and suggests the woman simply be there for her friend so she has someone to lean on, and lay off the advice, noting, “She’s going to have to figure this out for herself.”
