Some people play the lottery all the time and win nothing more than a free ticket. Others play for the very first time and win millions. A woman from Sydney, Australia just won $50 million with the very first lottery ticket she had ever purchased.
Apparently she was vacationing in the Australian South Coast town of Sussex Inlet when she bought the ticket on a whim. While her identity has been kept private, she told lottery officials, "You won't believe this. This is the first lottery ticket I've ever bought in my life!"
She said she did not yet know how she would spend her winnings adding, "Honestly, I cannot think straight. I'll definitely keep working, but oh my goodness, I just don't know."
