Five men are facing charges after a bizarre home invasion in New Jersey Wednesday night.
A group of men entered a home in Jackson, tied up a man and a woman at the home, took away their phones, and started changing the locks on the front door. Luckily, one of the victims was eventually able to get his phone and call for help.
When police arrived the suspects were shouting at the officers, admitting they broke into the home and assaulted the family.
It turns out, the men were allegedly hired by the owner of the home so he could evict his tenants without going through the legal process. The suspects were employees of a Brooklyn security company hired to handle the illegal eviction.
