White Claw Adds A New Tequila Seltzer

 White Claw has expanded its beverage lineup by launching a new product, Tequila Smash, a tequila-based line of seltzers. This new offering combines seltzer, tequila distilled from non-GMO blue weber agave, and fresh fruit flavors, all without added sugar and with only 100 calories per 12 oz. can. The development of Tequila Smash involved a three-year research journey that took the company to a family-owned organic farm in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The Tequila Smash lineup is now available in the U.S. in four flavors–Strawberry Guava, Pineapple Passion Fruit, Mango Tamarind, and Lime Prickly Pear—and is sold in variety 8-packs priced around $19.
