You Can Now Make Shein Returns At Forever 21 Stores

In order to offer more convenient return options for their customers’ online purchases, Shein has partnered with Forever 21 to facilitate returns at over 300 Forever 21 stores. The new collaboration not only allows easier returns through a QR code system but also rewards customers with a 30% discount on same-day purchases at Forever 21 after processing their returns. The initiative leverages a return model developed by Happy Returns, a UPS shipping company, and aims to make the return process less cumbersome. As a bonus, some of the returned items might even end up making their way to the Forever 21 sales floor, helping to bolster the bottom line for the chain, which has had to close hundreds of stores in recent years.
