Disney’s Hulu is merging with Fubo. The sports-focused live TV streaming channel package will combine with Hulu Live + TV under the Fubo name. The companies announced the over $200-billion deal yesterday. First reported by Bloomberg, the agreement seals months of back-and-forth between Disney and Fubo. Disney will have a 70-percent ownership stake in Fubo.
