Remember those hobbies you always wanted to try but never had time for? You may just have the time now to do them. The hobbies you choose to do are so important. A 2023 study found that there are some lifestyle habits that could add about 24 years to your life, especially if you start adopting them in your 40s, 50s, and 60s. These habits include eating well, not binge-drinking alcohol, getting good sleep, exercising, not smoking, keeping stress down, having a vibrant social life and staying free of opioid addiction.

Another lifestyle habit that can help you live well for years to come? Choosing the right hobbies. The activities you make time for can do wonders for both your brain and body. Which ones really deliver? These ten will make a bigger difference than you probably realize.
