It’s official, the Starbucks reward program has an overhaul. Beginning today there are three tiers: Green, Gold, and Reserve. The tiers are based on the stars you gained last year and the higher the tier the bigger the perks. The first all tier perk is Free Mod Monday, where once a month on a Monday of the company’s choosing, Starbucks will allow members to make one drink customization for free. The first one is March 16. Another new benefit is customers can spend 60 Stars to get $2 off any purchase. The key is that the more you go to Starbucks and engage, the higher your tier and the bigger the bonuses.
