North Carolina firefighters had to hose down Interstate 40 after Hurricane Florence pushed fish out of the ocean and onto the highway. Firefighters from the town of Penderlea have been hosing off fish carcasses from the highway onto the side of the road to prevent vehicles from skidding while running over them.
